How to change to a different server online?

The new patch has really improved the game, I’m having a ton of fun at the time.

However, a lot of the times when I try to play online I’m connected to a NA server with a higher ping, but sometimes the game connects me to a SA server with 11 ms.

There is a way for me to force the game to connect me to a SA server?
