Usually anyone that has to go out of there way to state they are the happy one or calm one are almost always the ones who are the least happy or not calm one lol
I’m pointing it out because apparently you think I’m mad since I disagree with you. Just a little advice, people CAN disagree with you yet it doesn’t mean they’re your enemy nor does it mean they’re angry with you. Circumstantially, what we’re arguing about also proves my point. I’m pretty content with the status quo. You’re not.
Endgame starts at empowered monoliths. And you need to start differentiating between “progression” and “endgame”. They’re not mutually exclusive, yet they have different connotations. If the current issues prevent us from getting to empowered monoliths and actively gates us from certain core mechanics, I’d agree with you. But it’s not. You guys are upset since you can’t push 600 corruption without exceptional legendary items.
This guy plays frostclaw. Look at the description. I played frostclaw before so I know what he’s talking about about. Levels to frostclaw is key to this build because certain nodes increase damage at the cost of higher mana cost. Which can be mitigated by putting points into -mana cost nodes. If you have mana problems because you don’t have enough levels to frostclaw, take points out of damage nodes. You can push this to 600 corruption easily according to him, and you just defined endgame as 600+ corruption.
People even point out solutions to problems. Instead of whining, people will resolve problems by doing certain actions.
What is my problem with what you guys are complaining about is you’re mad that you can’t get BIS items easily. Especially when you’re playing MG where you can get other great items to sell to buy what you need. And to top it off, your complaint is somehow linked to “not being able to progress”, which makes people think you’re stuck at 200 corruption unable to move from that spot when in reality, the problems you point out only really come into play at extremely high corruption levels. And to top it off even more, people ARE able to progress to levels where we can only dream of. People are actively pushing past 1k corruption. Then you’re going to complain it’s because they are no lifing streamers. Yet I would argue why would you be able to compete against people who have more time than you?
The kicker is I’m fine with smoothing out the curve a tad bit. But if EHG listens to people like you, they’ll smooth it too much to the other side. I even have ideas that can improve the legendary item system. One idea is to let us slam all four affixes, but only certain affixes are active based on the LP. The other affixes are greyed out and you can activate a random affix by using certain rare crafting materials that you need to farm and the cost increases massively so 4 active affixes is only something you can achieve at extremely high investment levels. There, I threw you guys a bone.
Yeah it’s okay to disagree with people. It’s healthy actually to have different view points than others.
But you’re getting very defensive that I said why are you mad by now pushing it back at me. “Im not mad, you’re mad. I’m actually the happy one.”
That’s clinical passive aggressiveness.
There are studies about that when people go out of their way to say something like that. “How dare he say I’m mad. I’m not mad, he’s the mad one. I’m the happy one.” No one likes to have their integrity questioned. It makes people defensive and angry.
If you really weren’t mad you wouldn’t have said anything about it or brought it up.
Two things.
I play offline so MG is not an option. And if I did I wouldn’t use it anyways because I believe arpgs AH’s and trading defeats the purpose of an arpg so that’s why I don’t participate in it.
And two. No one here is talking about getting BiS. We are talking about optimizing. So we’re trying to get the better stats, the better gear. What we’re not trying to do is get BiS, which would be perfect stats, lp 4, all t7 affixes.
What we are getting at is under the current system it’s very frustrating to lose your exalted for leggo crafting and then not get your desired affixes out of it. Especially like I’ve said I’ve only gotten one t6 frost claw to drop. So to almost guarantee the unique takes my frost claw I’m only going to craft it on a lp3. Otherwise it’s not worth it to potentially waste my exalted that I may never see again or for a long time.
So if the current system changed to either allow picking the affix you want on your leggo or allow rerolling then most peoples problem with the system would go away. So until that changes these complaints will stay.
You obviously dont care about optimizing your characters. And that’s fine. But you also then don’t need to be taking it out on other players who like to play that way.
See that’s the funny thing. Somehow you’re reading into this way too much. I suppose that’s the limitations of online conversations. I couldn’t care less because this is all entertainment for me. I suppose you have a degree in psychology or you’re a professional counselor? I responded the way I did because the irony was too good to pass up. But hey, I’m having a blast with the game. Apparently can’t say the same about you haha.
I play COF too. MG was about the other guy. And you have reading comprehension problems. I do have fun optimizing my builds, go quote me where I say I don’t care about optimizing my characters. If anything, I had the guts to show my character and point out all the areas I can improve/optimize on.
The difference between you and me is I find solutions to my problems. Or at a minimum, I’m able to find solutions. I gave you a solution to the frostclaw build and even showed you a video from someone who has pushed with your particular build and him stating you don’t need the best to at least push to 600 corruption.
This is what I have been asking a while ago: show us your character. Both you and yawan. By no means is it a dick measuring contest because I’m pretty sure you’re both far ahead than I am. I genuinely want to see your characters to see where you’re at and what can be done to fix it, if indeed there is a problem.
You’re having a blast? If this didn’t affect you at all you wouldn’t be going out of your way to show multiple peoples builds to prove your point. You wouldn’t be searching others people profiles to find their characters to prove your point. But you are… and that’s the sad thing
Did you live your whole life being duped by others? I don’t know, I tend to believe people when they say things. Up to you though. I’m not the one crying on forums because I can’t get a T7 affix so therefore unable to play the game 
Never once said I was crying that I couldn’t get a t7 affix. Now you’re just making stuff up to fit your narrative.
But you are the one who is crying on the forums that other people don’t think the game is good as you do.
Lol you’re too funny. Anyone with any reading comprehension can tell you’re the one bitching around here unhappy about things. It’s ok though, maybe someday the item will drop for you. Maybe you can use COF to target farm relics. Or I heard D4 is getting better in season 4. Perhaps I’ll see you there with a new set of complaints 
the game itself, pretty neat, i like it.
performances need work though, campaign is pretty good but monos/echoes are a gamble. needs to be more steady across the whole game.
also mouseovering anything with tooltip eats fps for no reason. this has been an issue for a long time apparently. i’ve seen a lot of complaints about this.
*also being stuck on dx11 doesnt feel great. that’s very 2009
