Given the crit investment, couldn’t a well rolled rare Rune Dagger compete for the weapon slot? It has base crit chance on it to make 100% crit that much easier. The crit mods you don’t have to spec can be put into other damage increases possibly making up for the loss in mana/spell damage on the wand/scepter.
