Have to launch the game 3 times

First time I click play on Steam - nothing happens. Have to click stop button on Steam.

Second time I click play on Steam - make it into the game, click Play Online, starts loading but nothing happens.

Close the game and try one last time, this time it launches normally as it should.

This is happening every time I play the game over the past few days.
