Hammer Throw Crit calculation bug

Hi, I’m playing a Hammer Throw build and using Enra’s Technique and Hammer Vortex, which should give me a base crit of 9%. I’m also using a Raider Axe with an extra 5% crit implicit for a total of 14%.
I have a total of 500% throwing attack critical strike chance, 300% from the paladin tree, 122% from my chest and 78% on my helm.
I have 130% increased critical strike chance, 68% from my weapon(not melee crit) and the rest from idols.
That should give me 14 x (1 + 5 + 1.3) = 102.2 yet I am still getting normal hits from time to time and I don’t understand why.
I’ve done some experimenting, removing and adding the paladin nodes changes my dps, so therefor should work, same with removing and equipping a normal raider axe, my chest piece, helmet and idols as well, so they should all be doing their job.
I’ve tried adding even more idols with crit chance and no other damage mods and they each give me more dps, further implicating I don’t have 100% or more.
The only thing I haven’t and can’t really test is the base crit and the crit gained from Enra’s Technique and since everything else seems to work, that’s probably where the problem lies.

Could you upload your character file to the build planner?

Edit: I could try to spec out of Enra’s Technique to see if I only get a 98% damage multiplier but I really, really would like to not have to since it’s what makes my build and I just got the skills up to lvl20

Edit2: I’ve done some more testing, tried attacking the dummy 100 times two times, first I got 70/100 crits and second I got 75/100 crits.
I know you need larger numbers to get a more certain number but the numbers I got would make total sense if Enra’s Technique didn’t give the bonus base crit as I’d have 73% crit chance then.
