Hi i cant chance my Graphic Settings. My Graphiccard is a RTX 3080TI.
I tried to delete the le_graphicsmanager.ini File, but it doesn’t exist.
I have this same issue, and it’s super annoying. I just tried re-installing to no effect. I’m stuck at 60hz v-sync :[

If you can’t see the folder with settings, show hidden files first → View hidden files and folders in Windows - Microsoft Support
Then delete this file → https://support.lastepoch.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260805163370-The-Graphics-ini-File
