when spec’d to teleport with Glacier, it does not work most of the time. It works occasionally, but seems like it has a different cd that is significantly longer than the actual visual cooldown.
I also have this problem, but it doesn’t seem to be a cooldown issue. Glacier with Snow Blink allocated doesn’t teleport even after ~a minute of waiting most of the time. I tried removing this point and adding it again and it didn’t help.
Also have this issue right now, i reported it as a bug, it was working fine before the patch.
They fixed jagged veil now they broke my teleport. I need this for uberroth

Can confirm, Glacier teleport doesnt work most of the times…its irritating as hell
If you’re NOT touching a directional movement key it’ll work 100% of the time, but that defeats the purpose! This needs to get fixed to work while moving. I hate having to time lifting my finger off my directional key just to hit glacier to teleport.
