Getting constant LE-65 error on one character, others are fine

Hello, EHG

Recently I got a new (for me) problem. I have three characters. Today (about 40 minutes ago) I got disconnected while I was doing an echo. I tried to re-login, but with no success. When Im loading my main char, Im getting LE-65 error after character selection screen. Two other chars are loading into the actual game fine.

What can it be and how to fix it?

Update: solution posted here doesnt help.

Update 2: after second try to change region (now Asia SE → Australia) it finally worked and I was able to enter the game on my main.

Problem, obviously, has to be brought to the dev’s attention, but this topic can be closed.
