Game Won't Load Character

When I launch the game it arrives at the character screen just fine. However, when I go to play a character, the game never actually loads in. I’ve tried multiple times now and the game either remains on the loading screen indefinitely or goes unresponsive and needs to be closed.

Also why do I no longer have my Kickstarter forum badge?

I believe this is due to the space in your username - which may be changed to an underscore at some point in the future. I’ve tracked down your pledge and fixed this for you now.

Are there additional steps I need to take to re-enable the badge? I’m not seeing this available anywhere in my profile.
