I have been playing the harbinger season for two days now and everything has been fine. Playing in offline mode. Then this morning after about 5-7 minutes of play the game would slow to an almost stop (<1 fps). This continues after restarts, repairs, and driver updates. Everything will run fine then, usually when encountering a boss or elite, the game will slow to an almost stop. If I can somehow make it to a new zone the issue will reset and I can move freely for a short time again before the slow happens again.
