Just installed the game and created a Paladin
Game freezes about 30 seconds into the intro
I force closed it, and when I get back into the game with the character I created, the char has no basic equipment
I’ve tested multiple times, it always happens the same way
Skipping the intro worked just fine tho
Could you please go through the process you mentioned (creating a character, freeze, force close, restart) and then attach both of your log files? Thanks!
Thanks! I see an error logged regarding the intro video that makes me think the data may be corrupted. Can you try to repair the game through steam?
