Hello everybody. It seems that the warrior intro video freezes always at the same moment, forcing me to reboot the game… and have my new warrior character ready for play but with no equipment at all…
I have bought the game through Steam and I have performed the “verify integrity of game files” option , the bug is still there…
Have anyone experienced this particular bug ?
Nope, could you upload your log file, crash file & graphics file when you get the freeze?

I can find my log files but where can I find the crash and graphics files you’re asking for ?
Just for info, it seems that this bug has already been encountered some time ago…

The files should all be in/around the same place as far as I’m aware. for me it’s in C:\Users<User>\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch
Support would likely find the “Player.log” & “le_graphiscmanager.ini” files interesting.

Just in case… This bug can be avoided by skipping the video. (Escape key)
