Game Freeze /+ Crash Report Window or 1FPS and Reset button

Spec:

  • AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
  • 16GB 3000Mhz
  • GTX1080Ti OC

I tried the solutions I found so far, but none of them worked in the long term.
One of the errors was that the game froze at any time and closed after the Crash Report window.
The second is that the game runs at 1FPS while playing, and the whole machine is basically dead. I can breathe life into it with a restart button.

I ask, has anyone else been like this, or am I the only one so unlucky?
Any ideas on what I can do?

There is a known issues with players that use Ryzen Chips and Nvidia cards - only seems to have turned up since the latest Nvidia driver update 531.41 - it might be worth submitting a ticket to our Support team to let them know your specs and the issues :slightly_smiling_face:
