I downloaded the patch and now when it gets through the launcher and goes to the game it throws me a fatal error : failed to load I2cpp
I tired a screen shot but it comes out so small you cannot read it.

Have you tried to verify the game files to make sure that nothing has become corrupted or is missing - with all the patching in the last few days its possible that something didnt copy properly etc…
I reinstalled it and all went well. Probably something got snackered while it was updating.
