Every time i enter “The Summit” location - game crushes with 0xc0000005 exception.

0xc0000005 is a file access error - it means for some reason, it wasn’t able to read a file. As this is consistently happening when trying to enter a specific zone, the most likely reason is a corrupted game file. Please try using Steam’s local file validation tool, and see if that resolves the issue.
