Game Crashing at Load Screens

Hi,
I am having issues where I experience a black screen aside from the HUD overlay following random load screens. Sometimes this resolves if I leave the area and return, however, often not.

I am also having issues where the game crashes at these load screens. There is no particular pattern aside from always being load screen-associated.

Any thoughts? I’m having to play other ARPGs while I wait and I really wanna get into this one!
