So I made a new character because I wanted to make a Javazon and about 10 levels or so in my computer crashed. After I got it up and booted the game again that character I was playing is gone, and my stash reset on all my other characters, so everything I’ve worked or other than whats on my characters is just gone now. And I’m pretty upset about it. Please advise.

If the game crashed and corrupted the savegame of the character you were playing and possibly the stash file (separate) then there is unforunately nothing that you can do…
If you were using Steam Cloud saves and it partially uploaded the corrupted file then that would have overwritten the files too…
There are no copies of your savegames/stash stored anywhere else other than locally and so EHG has no copies of your files to restore if anything happened to the local version.
Sometimes you can copy over the _temp version of the file stored in the same folder if you are lucky but its not always possible…

ps. It doesnt help you now, but I recommend that anyone playing Early Access games, manually backup their savegames - its what I do… Worst case scenario is that you lose a single playsession… nothing more…
