Setting the Steam option for full offline mode, launching the game, selecting a character and clicking Enter Game starts an endless loop to the Offline Mode window and clicking play offline takes me back to character select ad nauseum. This is not working.
I’m having the exact same issues. How do we resolve this? Currently I am totally unable to play the game.
Running into similar issue here aswell. Can’t play anymore, neither off- or online mode. tried 2 reinstalls and multiple file checks. I can login fine, select my character or create a new one in both modes, but either I’m stuck in an endless loading screen or the game crashes, sometime steam crashes too. this has never happened during my 60 hours of game time during the 0.9.2. beta over the last 3-4 weeks. probably have to wait for an update I guess
having the same issue since yesterday both full offline or normal offline and of course online is not working as well
the game is so broken yet people do not roast it as they did with other games right 
its very frustrating the game literally not working
Still no change. Full Offline Mode does not work.
Same issue. You click play and it tries loading for a few seconds before taking you back to the character selection screen. It happens the same whether I switch to offline from the regular client or load up the full offline client.
I managed to get into an online game, so I don’t think there’s anything up with the install or anything. Why would offline not work?

Be warned that deleting said folder will remove any saved data from offline characters, so only do this if you’ve never been able to make an offline character.
This solution worked. I had only 1 created character and the loop started so it was only level 1. Offline mode is now working. Thanks!
