FPS dips with VFX on screen Ryzen 1500X RX570

Hello,

I actually enjoy buttersmooth 60fps gameplay on master level detail medium until some specific VFX start occuring - so far I experienced dips from 60 to 40 while having fire effects caused by Voidfire Maggots, Spriggan poison pools, I also noticed slight FPS drops while spamming Blood Pools as necromancer. Lowering video settings doesn’t seem to have any impact, I keep experiencing dips during those effects.

My rig is Ryzen 1500x, RX570 4G, 8G DDR5 memory. Can something be done with those effects in order to optimize them?
