Forum badge not awarded

I bought the Ancient Champion pack, but my forum account doesn’t show a badge. Is this a bug, or did I forget do do something?

Thank you for supporting us! That was indeed caused by a bug.

I believe this has since been resolved via e-mail, so I’ll mark the thread as solved.
