Seems like animation canceling isn’t helping flurry at all. I found this thread:

I went with a bleed variant. I have around +100% attack speed and haste shrine can break my build to the point I’m doing close to 0 hits, not sure if that’s the shrine or breaching some treshhold but after that my character starts to loose many attacks and I have to restart the game.
