Flickering on the character when casting Flame Ward while running

Hi guys,

I have an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, an RTX 4090, 32 GB RAM running at 4k ultra settings (but it doesn’t matter, happens anyway whateter I set up).

I have noticed that my char flickers during the cast of Flame Ward if I run around. Is this normal or is something broken?
