I contacted support by writing to them in Russian. I received a reply saying they don’t read messages that aren’t in English.
A question to the developers: do you read error messages that are not in English? The ones submitted through the in-game report form? Or is it a complete waste of my time to send bug reports in Russian, since you won’t even read them?
