Another season and another dupe or bug on gold. You couldn’t fix it in 2 years?
Billions of gold are being sold on well-known sites again, and this is not a fake offer. Don’t say go play on a solo faction, this is an online game first and foremost.

I play ONLINE GAME, the other faction is for offline mode.
Not even day 3 in new season this must be new record.

Is it really a dupe again for the 4th time?
Or is this just ur normal gold selling bots that are nigh impossible to prevent in a game with trading in it.
I ask cuz u mention websites selling gold?
Theres sites that sell poe currency. Doesnt mean theres another dupe

What 100ni bots are you talking about?
The ones that all RMTers run in the hundreds ever since D2? Because they gather resources faster and because they have a bunch survive bot wipe outs.
On Asian servers especially there were more bots than people at many points in the game history. Same with any other game. It’s a number’s game for them.

Bot farms do this. How do u think sites like this work even in poe.
Bots doing this isnt a dupe. Thats a currency farm set up with several bots. 100s even
So ill ask again is there REALLY another gold dupe? Or is this just an RMT bot farm. There is a difference here.
Dupes can be prevented as well as fixed. RMT can be prevented to a point its impossible to stop it 100% with out hurting the players

It’s not, its for people who don’t want to trade because they enjoy finding gear themselves rather than buying gear on the AH.

There is no “solo faction”. It’s clear you never tried playing actual multiplayer. Do you think CoF players can’t join a party or what?

How do you know they have 1 billion gold also? As someone who used to pay for gold in wow many many years ago, just because a gold seller says they have it doesn’t mean they actually have it. a couple of times on well known sites i would buy gold and the seller had to refund me because they couldn’t complete the order.
I’m all for cutting down on dupes and not destroying MG. But without proof this seems more like 1. false advertisement or 2. somone with hundreds of bots farming gold and still probably false advertisement for 1 billion gold.
The kickstarter disagrees with you, they talk a lot about MP, partying & trade.
Just checked auc and found dozens similar boots with int/cooldown/lightres/voidres and 0 fp. Clearly all of them are duplicated.
Do they all have the exact same stats? Or is it maybe someone trying to craft boots for themselves and selling leftovers?
After all, imprints are a thing. They often drop an almost exact copy of what you put there.
Those stats don’t seem optimal for almost any build, so it seems like a waste to be duping crappy items when you could be duping high value ones instead.

Like I said, those boots are crap. If there was a dupe, it wouldn’t be wasted on crappy boots.
Besides, I logged in to check them out and they are all slightly different. They are clearly the result of an imprint that someone is trying to craft.
I think this thread is just someone attempting to panic players and crash the market (once again).
