If they only cons is that it ll probably get a nerf in the future why this is B ranked build?

That letter was placed back when it was based off arena runs only.
With the new rating system it fits in as a solid A now

I built this just to see the killing in action. Who needs tankiness at 500k crit?
Its great for farming affixes/Uniques/set pieces.
