This armor dropped 3 times and I am on a new character still level 78. The last one even has LP to it and I found all of them in 62-75 timelines that I am currently completing. May be it’s due to being lower level requirement ( e.g. lower tier base armor ) it does not appear to be extremely rare. May be at the very end-game is since you are more likely to roll high lvl req bases no?
Good for you! As others stated they found alomst 20, some 50, other over 9000… I found 2 in 1k hours. Rng is rng so your observations don’t help that much, but are welcome, because I played said content… let’s say a lot and on different toons.
On the other hand I’m able to drop 5 slabs in a row in 2 minutes 
it all comesdown to rng because rng is the only way hack and slays have content.
Well, I just hope it is actually possible for me to find a Complete Set of Armour Pieces within a reasonable amount of time though. But easy is not something it should be either. But it IS possible.
