Disappearance of all monsters & Unable to pick up items

Hello.

I ran into a funny bug.

I was running a monolith run, then I died. I started a new run, and suddenly, there were no monsters EXCEPT the end boss, if there is one.

I cannot collect items from the ground (here you see piles of gold on the screenshot, and I cannot collect them).

I also cannot absorb Blood Orbs when using Rip Blood.

Very strange. I can’t really say more about this bug.

The no monsters part is presumably the usual issue where your minions finish off the monolith for you.

Have you tried getting steam to verify your game files?

I forgot that my minions finished a monolith run for me.
