Hi, I really need some help.
Monos are literally unplayable for me. For some reason I get heavy lags/desynch after fighting inside a monolith. It seems like it happens when there are mobs outside of the screen. FPS are rarely below 70 and never below 60, internet is fine as well.
I’ve noticed that whenever it happens the utilization of my GPU drops from around 70-80% to around 50-60%. Similarly, the VRAM usage drops from 95% to 70% or lower.
I’ve already tried changing/lowering graphics settings, closing all other programs, reinstalling, etc.
Does anyone have any idea what might cause this and how to solve it? I doubt it is a game bug.
I am playing on a RTX 3070 and Ryzen 7 2700X with medium settings currently.
I suppose I’ve got the same thing.
My PC is very good, so normally everything is very smooth, but after some time in monoliths game begins to stutter, rubberband - generally lags a lot.
It is NOT graphics related at all (ultra or very low settings doesn’t matter)
It is also NOT network issue at all - happens in full offline mode too
yes, already tried disabling v-sync (ingame and nvidia). I’ve played around with fps limits as well. It might be related to multi-monitor setups, when I deactivate my second monitor, there are only sometimes lags after playing/having the game open for hours. But that change coincided with patch 1.2.1 and the hotfix, so something in there might have fixed the issue (mostly) as well.
thanks for the hint, will play around with v-sync and fps settings a bit more and hopefully solve it for good. Did you disable it ingame only or via your graphics driver?
