Dear EHG this is what REAL LE enjoyers want

  1. FULL campaign skip, even on FIRST character.
    Like, who even likes campaign or levelling anyway? This is not Maplestory from 20 years ago.
  2. Create NEW characters STARTING level 90.
    Look, even Maplestory understands that levelling a new character is a FARCE and what everybody really wants is to reach MAX level and FULL power on DAY 1 so that they can really start having FUN.
  3. REMOVE faction reputation.
    What is this grind from hell that makes Maplestory look like a casual game for busy CEO dads with 4 wives, 39 kids and 105 grandkids? The FULL power of the faction should just be unlocked from the get go, like all other REAL modern games.
  4. ALL monsters drop MAX gold.
    This is 2024 for crying out loud. Who even GRINDS for resources anymore? How is gatekeeping the REAL fun from players, well, fun?
  5. INSTANT loadouts, FREE respecs, 1-BUTTON full respec, MASTERY respec.
    If the REAL name of the game is trying out new builds, why block REAL enjoyers from having REAL fun?
  6. REMOVE resistances.
    Resistances are a FARCE. There is NO player CHOICE. All players MUST max resistances anyway to not die to a stiff fart in monoliths. So just, you know, REMOVE resistances entirely and give ALL characters MAX resistances by default. Why WASTE people’s time? EHG should be GRATEFUL that anybody even wants to play your game.
  7. REMOVE normal monoliths.
    This is such a HUGE waste of TIME. Look, even Maplestory has moved on. EHG needs to LEARN from the BEST in the market, not reinvent OLD PROBLEMS.
  8. SLIDER BARS for monolith corruption.
    Grind to access higher difficulty? Again, what is this design from HELL that won’t even fly in Maplestory anymore? Why stop your REAL enjoyers from having FUN?
  9. INFINITE crafting potential.
    This one is also such a FARCE. Every player needs 5 x T5+ gear in all slots just to ENJOY monoliths and they WILL get it anyway. It’s just how much time EHG chooses to WASTE. Again, why is EHG trying so hard to stop the REAL enjoyers from having FUN? Does EHG HATE profits and money?
  10. ALL legendaries are LP4 by DEFAULT.
    Look, EHG. Look at me in the eyes and tell me that YOU find LP1/2/3 FUN. I DARE you. DOUBLE DARE you. CROSS your heart and SWEAR by THE LORD ALMIGHTY that LP1/2/3 is FUN.
  11. REMOVE dungeon keys.
    Dear EHG, do you NOT get it? Legendaries are MANDATORY POWER to have FUN. Stop gating REAL FUN behind pointless RNG and tedium. Let the REAL enjoyers have FUN.
  12. REMOVE everything in the dungeon except the boss room.
    Look EHG. NOBODY CARES about the whatever stupid dungeon tileset. This is 2024. ARPGs are played using the minimap. So STOP WASTING people’s time. Stop gatekeeping REAL enjoyers from having FUN.
  13. REMOVE ALL death penalties.
    Again, another STUPID design from my GREAT-GRANDFATHER’S ERA. This is 2024. GROW UP, EHG. LEARN from your peers in the market. Do you HATE money and FUN that much?
  14. COF needs REAL target farming.
    Look, look, look. The name says Circle of FORTUNE but every second that I play COF I feel like the REAL name of this faction is COPIUM of FAILURE. THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of WORTHLESS exalted items and TRASH LP0/1/2 uniques. This is not FORTUNE. This is just HOT GARBAGE. If this faction is not dropping BIS 4 x T7s with sealed T5s and Tier 0 LP4 uniques by DAY 2 then it’s UBER TRASH and needs to be REWORKED. REAL enjoyers want to have FUN, NOT do more WORK after a hard day of WORK.
  15. FIX ALL YOUR BUGS
    Are your developers living in 1980? FIX YOUR GAME EHG! DO YOU TEST YOUR SOFTWARE AT ALL? STOP RELEASING ANY UPDATES UNTIL YOU FIX ALL YOUR BUGS!

No, I don’t actually believe in all of these. Or maybe even in any of this at all. Or maybe I’m lying and I believe in all of this. What do I REALLY think what REAL enjoyers want? Nah, who cares.

Bonus Points for very precise and controlled use of CAPSLOCK.

You also forget AUTOPICKUP. We are already playing the game, we don’t want to deal with items. Handling ITEMS in a loot driven game is PAINFUL and UNNECESSARY.

Lil bro, did you know you can do all of that already? RIGHT NOW. Using a certain software program in offline mode - possibilities are endless. You can even make level 100 characters stacked with 4LP.

I agree with everything else, but this. You’re clearly a non-CEO dad & thus a dirty proletariat. I can craft all the way up to 6x T8 affixes from a white item. Why do you even bother!!!1

I’m a big fan of LE and can’t say I want any of those. I’m enjoying the game as it is … it’s a game I’m playing for fun. Even though there are moments I stop enjoying the game and I move on to play something else for a while, I’m always happy to return.

Dear LE devs, you’re doing great work, keep going! I really appreciate it.

Honestly excellent choice for point #1 because it was the least baity of the 15 and I was about to start a brutal Takedown, got to point #2 and ended up saying:

I would be happy if they made all skills viable for endgame ;). That may be a pipe dream but o well. I’m talking 300 corruption not 1000 ;P.

I stopped reading at Point 2.

You can skip campaign after 1st char had run through.

No character should be lvl 90 from the start, there’s no progression n fun at all.

You would not even play the game for long time as you will lost interest.

Maple story is doing that because their max level is 250, not 100. You’re off topic here.
