If I’d realized they were as rare as they are I might have kept that other one. This is the one I have with 1LP.
Death’s Embrace
Yours is very good, good rolls for a 1LP
I’m not sure what I’ll choose. The sheer variety and choice is kind of overwhelming. I almost with there were a guide that could ask questions and then recommend a class and/or build. I haven’t had a chance to look for that but it sure would be nice.
Pretty much all classes are viable. You can do the campaign easily while trying out the game on your own and you can usually do the early monos like that as well. And if you hit a wall, you can post here and players can help you improve your build.
And if you really want, there are builds for endgame you can spec into at a later point.
So my advice is to check the masteries, find one you think looks cool and just YOLO it.
Looks like someone got their wish! Warlock Mastery Reveal - Last Epoch Maxroll.gg
I tried both maxed third hit and regular crit flurry and the damage was pretty meh for empowered even considering exalted affixes(imperfect) used Zwei/Sierpins/Trident(no Odachi)/Dragonslayer. It just felt really boring and yet risky standing still spamming Flurry. Even some shift shadow cascade additions didn’t help too much.
I mean legendary attack speed Sierpins would definitely be good now tho I guess (but what’re the odds of getting it).
Gosh. What are the odds of that.
Squeeeeeee
Etc.
Oh bois. We still don’t know what the skills are, but that Falconer passive tree looks very, very enticing. I am incredibly pumped now and strengthened in my resolve that Falconer is the 1st character for this upcoming cycle. DEX STACKING? 2 HANDED BUFFS? My god guys. My god.
I’m planning to start with Mage Spellblade Elemental Nova + Fire Aura for speed Campaign, after switch for Shatter Strike Build. But im so curious about “Racing” Ghost Flame, but I have to test, cuz channel cost is high and we will see dmg output on that.
I think I’m still set on a Throwing build for my starting Falconer. Maybe Dagger + Shield, Block > Glancing Blow chance. Hit/Crit based most likely. Chakram as a main skill unless there is a better throwing skill in Falconer’s Mastery because I’ve never done a Chakram build before.
I’m hype as shit bois.
I have a few ideas bouncing around and I’m currently leveling a few characters in 0.9 to work some of these ideas into reality before 1.0.
The one I have ready in the end-game currently (only level 60 though) is a Hydrahedron RM that uses the one invocation passive node that uses your first three spells on your skill bar as the elements it will always choose, opting to deal damage with HH as well as Flame Rush and Elemental Nova.
The others I am working on currently:
-Swarmblade Form poison Druid
-Fire/lightning Spellblade
-“Ball Lightning” Runemaster (Flame Rush lightning conversion & Static)
-Lightning/fire Shaman with the few forms of fire damage he’s got, rofl
-Some sort of Forge Guard, idk yet
There are a lot of other ideas I want to try but I mean, I’ll be playing this game for a very long time so I will certainly get a chance to try them all. I’ll be attempting to record some of these builds when I get to the end game and make a video before 1.0 comes out, showcasing the builds at the bare minimum of level 60.
I will level a Warlock and a Falconer.
I will also spend a fair bit of time revisiting all my Alts to incorporate new Warlock skills/passives into my established Acolyte builds (huge amount of work, I have a lot of level 90+ Acolytes - though no Rogues worth a damn. Rogues suck).
All of this will be on legacy, obviously, since I have 50 Stash tabs worth of great gear to build these new toons with, and I have no interest in playing seasons where rarer uniques are just not going to be a thing for most players, and decent uniques with actual LP almost non-existent. That would bore me silly.
I highly recommend a spin-to-win Minion-based FG using Sword minions and Manifest Armour. Really fun, very strong build, as long as you like Minions builds.
I watched Dr3adful’s latest video, in which he recommends a few builds. Cookbook’s Bladedancer Poison Scorpion build looks fantastic, and I think my wife would enjoy Trickster’s Shadow Cascade Bladedancer build. It will be fun to play these together.
Has EHG said when the first “league/season” would start?
Yes, the first cycle will start with 1.0. So launch is also the new cycle start.
Umbral Blades is going to be better.
It might be, but I’ve just never done a Chakram build. I’ve done Umbral Blades. Though, I’d probably use Umbral Blades w/ the placeable spinny blades node for extra boss DPS.
