did this get broken recently or am i missing something? just got my Bhuldar’s and everytime it procs, it’s costing the full amount of mana for earthquake. it doesn’t appear to be doing that in your video. did they nerf it in a recent patch?
Yes, it’s in the patch notes. Prior to 0.8.3 EQ werebear was way too strong.
