Hi,

A lot of crashes & black screens seem to be happening with higher graphics settings & resolutions - unfortunately, you already seem to be running at the lowest settings - something I usually ask people to try first to see if it helps.

So, it seems like maybe something else is probably causing it on your system.

From a quick glance it looks like your graphic driver is up-to-date… Is everything else running the latest patches - Windows etc?

Are there any overclocks active on your CPU/GPU?

Are you running anything else on the system when you play LE? Steam Overlay, streaming software, capture software? Anything else? Maybe watching a stream at the same time or anything?

Are you running multiple monitors etc?

Bit of a needle in a haystack unfortunately…

It does not have to be  But still, as you know, I’m waiting for almost 6 months now for an answer

@duabijitelur: The help you can get from my side is: don’t put too much effort in it. Many of us (me included) wasted way to much time in fixing something that isn’t even fixable for us. Try the easy things, then leave it.
Try disabling AA, disable steam/discord overlays (legends tell it helped someone… couldn’t find one though), try windowed mode. Everything that takes more effort than a few mouse clicks is probably not worth it. I tried several DDU’s, a complete reset of my whole system, and I even bought a new GPU just to sort this out too. And I’m still watiting for an useful response since october last year

They are a small team and got different priorities atm, I get this. But ignoring people paying money for a non-funtional product is a story for another day.
Good luck  (and please let us know if you somehow fixed your problems!)
