Hi , i bought the game for my buddy. He has (reinstalled it , re installed windows, tried other youtube fixes). After creating a character and the opening cut scene plays his game just crashes. When he restarts it and after he chooses his character again , when its loading it crashes. He tried making one in offline mode and everything works fine. Any suggestions? It only crashes when trying to play online.

Played 500 hours offline. Had this issue first time I tried using an online char (earlier today).

Also, here’s a link to my issue. Almost identical to yours. The ‘Connecting’ prompt seems to time out, except I get a quick Unity popup with the LE logo and a red exclamation point (no text), whereas you get a message about being disconnected.
