I killed Pannion and went back to council chamber. immediatly on zoning in I used the sorceror teleport ability and the game did the zoom in that it normally only does when you first enter council chamber and it never zoomed back out. Needed to task manager close my game
Known bug.
This was automatically solved by 0.8 removing the panoramic scene.
