Constant crashes

I am really enjoying the game but the constant crashes are really getting to me.

it crashes my gpu and sometimes even restarts my pc and im concerned that it may damage my gpu if i carry on playing this game.

i tried to go to the help article about crashes but the link doesnt take me to anything.

Upload your player.log , graphics ini file and dxdiag output

I will have a look.

In the meantime, Some people who have experienced crashes find it is resolved by:

• deleting graphics ini file https://support.lastepoch.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260805163370-The-Graphics-ini-File
• getting latest drivers for their graphics card
• verifying game file integrity through Steam client and/or reinstalling the game
• unplugging a controller (if you have one)
• adjusting their overclocking / underclocking for their graphics card

Your log indicates that you have probably come across either:

• a hardware fault
• a memory leak within the game (one has already been patched but apparently more are being investigated)
• a corrupt file in your operating system or the game

If you didn’t try them already, you shoud try:

• repairing your Windows isntallation - https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/fix-corrupted-windows-10-installation/
• verifying game file integrity through Steam client and/or reinstalling the game - https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB

DId all that and theres no outdated drivers or anything on my pc its just this game.

keeps crashing which is a shame hope the next few patches fix it.

I realise I didnt ask you for a DxDiag, which often helps diagnose some problems. If you generate one, it might help.

Thay said, from your log i can see you have an nvidia card. FYI, in case it is relevant,the community team posted in Discord that there appears to be a known issue with Ryzen CPU and Nvidia GPU. Message below:

There is a known issues with players that use Ryzen Chips and Nvidia cards - only seems to have turned up since the latest Nvidia driver update 531.41 - it might be worth submitting a ticket to our Support team to let them know your specs and the issues

Ok i will do that later and attach it.

Ive tried everything and it still crashes frequently. Really hope the game gets more optimised. Not sure if its a vram issue or what but it is frustrating.

i have attached the file hoping to get a resolution as i love this game but want you to know its getting a little annoying this is the only game i have an issue with.
