I have been connecting to Australia server since last night @200 ping, I live in Hawaii and use to be able to connect to NA west @50ish ping. Now I can only play offline, is there anyway to pick NA west server manually?
to answer your question directly: no, there is not
Devs have been thinking a solution and thinking about adding manual server selection for like 2 years now, so dont expect news on that front soon either
