Three separate times I have tried accessing Citadel Sewers. Three separate times I got stuck in an infinite ‘transition’ screen. I am fully updated and have no other issues with the game up to this point. I cannot advance the main story without access to CS.
After about 40 minutes on the third CS attempt, I got through, but minus any enemy or pet visuals. Plating to Yulia’s and back resolve the case.
If this is a ‘login’ issue, I am unaware how the server-side of this game works.
I’m having the same issue today. Three times I’ve tried to enter the sewers and three times its locked up.
