What went wrong?
Every time I click “Enter Game” on the character with Chorus of the Anurok, the game freezes at the loading screen until I end the task.
Played far enough to get Chorus of the Anurok with no issues, logged off to do some chores, can no longer log in to that character (have zero problems logging into other characters).
I mean I know the skills is kinda broken (OP) right now, but I didn’t imagine it would go far enough to break the character.
I confirmed that without a doubt it’s the helmet. Being an offline character I was able to edit the character save (don’t worry, backups were made).
I found the item data that is the helmet and first deleted it - the character loaded successfully. I then went further and “moved” it into my inventory (by digging more into the data) and that too worked. I was able to load my character and can re-equip the helmet and play normally.
Just have to remember to remove the helmet before logging off (or at least how to edit the save properly), until a fix is implemented.
