Full offline mode, right? That dumb Anurok helmet caused the issue. I had to use an offline save editor to remove that shxt, and that worked!

Can confirm. I cant enter with my Anurok character either )= If its lost forever…man, I lose some good items. I hope it can be fixed

nice, its happening to me too.

not only that, having thought i had somehow corrupted my char, i farmed another helm and did it again before finding out its a common bug.

Same here, I reached the level to equip it yesterday, no issue during the session. But today I can’t log on the Anurok Beasmaster anymore.

I’m amazed this isn’t the number one priority for them. 3 Hotfixes and still the issue persists.

Just happened to me as well. Got the Frog Helmet, logged off for a bit, now game crashes when I try to load this character (offline mode).
I guess picking offline mode cuz it was safer was not the right play. lol.

If you’re playing offline mode you can edit your character to temporarily fix the issue. Same for me, anurok helmet on primalist, offline char… and now stuck on load screen

Another patch out, issue still persists. So much fun the fact that the devs aren’t looking at the bug sections.

i tried this fix and it worked. just remember to unequip the helm when you log off.

Yes, this fix “works”. It’s terrible, because it involves editing your character and keeping the helmet off.
