I moved the SSD with LE on it to a new computer and now is the character gone. Where is it saved?

All savegames are local to your machine and they are NOT saved with the game insallation files…
On windows the savegames/filters/config files are all in:
Bootdrive:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games
If you did not backup this folder then your saves are gone.
(Side note: if you used Steam Cloud saves, you might be able to get something back that way).
Steam had my saves stored in the cloud.
