Character and stash deletion after power crash on the pc

i was in arena farming then power crash the pc and after i log in i had lost my sorcerer all the stash tabs i had purchased all the items and all the gold after 3-4 weeks farming… the rest of the chars are still there…what i should do now? my log file is empty … i logged several times

Apologies for the slow response! We’ve just released 0.7.8d, which should automatically fix this issue. If the character is still missing, please contact support with a .zip of your Saves folder, which is located in the same place as your log file.
