They are, yes. Though I think one is/was in the UK (or at least the British Isles before the Irish have another go at me).
If this streamer wanted to be as hateful as Mongo could be, they would have at least added more to their name than secretly putting mongo within it.
As Mongo ld … As I could see maybe as short for ass or something since they would be trolling … but ld? lame duck? perhaps I am overextending Asmongolds racist tendencies into nothingness, and if so I will beg for forgiveness, but why would they parse their name is such a way as to want mongo the meaningful bit of Asmongold?
The thing is that regretfully, while the US is still that much of a twilight zone, devs will keep catering to them, specially if they are US devs
It doesn’t even accomplish anything, because people are just coming up with ways to butcher the spelling and bypass the whole thing.
My biggest thing is that the filter should be turned off in party chat. If I’m grouped with my mates, we’re adults who can handle a little cussing
