When i entered an area the game freezing with a “Red Background”, only thing i can make is quiting from game. Tested Steam and Windows installer. All the same.

Have you run a Steam game file verification to make sure that the install is actually fine - there have been lots of patches and hotfixe the last few days so its important to make sure you have the correct files and nothing is corrupted…
There are other things to try, but you will have to provide your system information, in-game settings and game logs.
