Can't login to the game

For some strange reason I can’t log into the game anymore.

I had no problems at all this noon and was logged in automatically, now this evening I see that I’ve got to log in again and my account info at the login screen has been wiped. When I try to login all I see is a spinning icon.

I verified on my account here on the website that I’m using the correct password. I also verified my steam file integrity. I also checked if there was maintenance going on but couldn’t find a post here on the forum that hinted at that either.

I’ve attached my player.log file below. My last crash file was from about a week ago, so I’ve not included that. Any thoughts on what I can do to fix the issue other than reinstalling the game completely?

This is on Win 10 btw and I also restarted the client.

I reinstalled the game, still nothing.

Managed to fix it: after renaming my c:\users<name>\appdata\locallow\eleventhhour\ folder and rebooting my pc the game worked again.

Oddly enough when I was encountering this problem for less than a second I saw character selection blink through the login screen.
