I just purchased and downloaded the game and initially was able to create my account and get to the screen where I could select a class, but at that time I had to close the program due to IRL stuff coming up.
Since then whenever I’ve gone to sign in, it stalls out once I click on either Play Online or Play Offline. I can see the circle spinning in the diamond on the left side of those buttons, but it never actually logs in.
I’ve tried a number of solutions including:
- Verifying the game files on Steam
- Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Last Epoch
- Deleting my account (after which I was able to recreate my account via the launcher, but it stalled out again in the same way after I created the account and I was unable to get to the screen where I could select a class).
After deleting and recreating the account, I’ve tried that approach a second time (with a plan to use a different email), but now when I’ve gone to delete the account, after I put in the code I got in my email, I get an error message saying “Some error occurred” and I can’t even delete my account.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
