When im download the patch - steam stop me at 99% with access denied to gameassembly.dll. Try to change only read from SteamLibrary(folder) - forcibly puts the mark back, try to clear steam cash, restore steam library - nothing fix the problem, cant finish loading and play the game. Ty for help
