Cannot teleport/connect to party members

Whenever attempting to join party members I can accept the invite & open the portal to join them. However once entering the portal my character is stuck in a loading screen while they see my character connect and join in their game.

Other friends have been able to join my game, but I cannot join theirs. Note: I’m in US, theyre in EU.

Same problem for me, but im EU and my friend is EU.
Day 3 of MP patch and I wasn’t a single time to be able to join the same zone as a party member.
