Cannot set FPS, Use vsync option, Uncheck limit FPS
I start to try and set it. Then it freezes. All other options in the gameplay settings tab works just fine. But these three things do not work.

Is there a work around to increase the FPS?

Never mind. You cannot set fps or the things mentioned if streamer mode is enabled.
