Currently the only stable way for me to play is in windowed mode.
When I switch to borderless window or fullscreen my GPS utilization changes between 20% to 80% every second. MY FPS which I have capped at 120 goes from 60-230 every few seconds. These issues create an extreme amount of stuttering making the game unplayable.
Anyone else having a similar issue?
