Hello! I’m using the 2020 Asus TUF A15 laptop with Ryzen 7 4800H, GTX 1660 TI, 16GB RAM.
Can I run this game reliably?
Not too concerned with max settings, med-high at 1080p is ideally fine?

Hey there… Welcome to the forum…
You should have no problems playing LE at 1080p on this laptop - maybe not at 144 fps and on higher graphics settings but it should be perfectly fine.
The main thing to ensure is that you configure the Last Epoch exe is ONLY using your discreet GPU (i.e. the 1660 Ti) and not the iGPU (low power GPU that is embedded in the CPU)… You can do this in the nvidia drivers… (if you dont, then you will have hassles).
Also… obviously, you need to ensure that the laptop is in performance mode while playing games… but thats true for all games not just LE.
